4. Qualified Researcher Requirement

By purchasing from VITAS, you represent and warrant that you are:

• A qualified researcher, scientist, or represent a licensed research institution, university, or pharmaceutical company.
• Working in a licensed laboratory facility with appropriate equipment and protocols for handling research-grade biochemical compounds.
• Compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies regarding the acquisition, storage, handling, and disposal of research chemicals.
• Using the compounds exclusively for bona fide scientific research purposes.

5. No Medical Claims

Nothing on the VITAS website, in our product descriptions, or in any associated research literature constitutes a medical claim, clinical recommendation, or endorsement for therapeutic use. Any scientific literature referenced is provided solely for informational context regarding research applications.

6. Regulatory Compliance

The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that the acquisition, import, possession, storage, handling, and use of VITAS products complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. 7. Safety and Handling

All VITAS compounds should be handled by trained personnel using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following established laboratory safety protocols. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available upon request. Users are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others in their facility.

By purchasing or using VITAS products, you acknowledge and agree that VITAS Research assumes no liability for any harm, injury, loss, or damage arising from the misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized use of our products outside of their intended research purpose.
