Our testing process
Solid-Phase Synthesis
All peptides are synthesized via Fmoc-SPPS (Solid-Phase Peptide Synthesis) under controlled conditions with documented protocols for each batch.
HPLC Purity Analysis
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is used to quantify the purity percentage of each compound. Results are expressed as % area under curve.
Mass Spectrometry
Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) confirms the molecular weight and identity of each compound against the theoretical specification.
Certificate of Analysis
Each batch receives a COA documenting the compound name, batch number, test date, purity result, testing method, and laboratory issuing the certificate.

Independent Third-Party Verification
All VITAS testing is conducted by independent, accredited analytical laboratories with no financial or operational affiliation with VITAS. This independence ensures that our published purity values are objective and reliable. We do not conduct any analytical testing internally — every number you see on a COA comes from a third party.
